Childbirth Classes

Childbirth classes are taught by Alyssa Dilley, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, and cover a wide variety of topics including due dates, stages of labor, the role of birth hormones, comfort measures, birth plans, and breastfeeding basics. We’ll also talk about interventions, medications, inductions, and cesareans. You can enter birth feeling confident and well prepared.

Group Childbirth Classes $150/couple
